Hello. I recently had a breast reduction (went from about 12G to 12DD) and since the surgery my breasts have dropped their fullness to the lower pole and i feel seem larger. The inframammary crease is also now larger and my breasts feel heavier. I am considering a revision to correct the bottoming out and am wondering whether it is possible to also remove some more breast tissue during the revision (making them smaller) or if such a revision just removes skin? Thank you for your answers!
