I started seeing Natasha just after having my first baby in 2016, desperately wanting a breast reduction. Natasha was absolutely fantastic and gave me consistent and considerate advise that was in my best interests. She encouraged me to finish having babies and then come and see her and she would help me out straight away. After I had my third baby my breasts had grown to a HH. I was in pain everyday with my back and neck. As soon as I went back to see Natasha we made a plan and I had a bi-lateral breast reduction in July 2024. It was the best thing a could have done for myself and my family. I instantly felt relief and have not had pain since. Natasha was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She explained everything in a clear and understandable way, answered all my questions with ease and made me feel well cared for and supported including in the post-op appointments. She is kind, caring, experienced and thorough. I highly recommend her and the procedure. I am a new woman and more available mother because of it.

Wanted this procedure for many years. Had 25 year old saline subglandular implants. Severe ptsosis really knocked my self esteem, painful in bras trying to ‘hoist’ them up and limited clothing choices. My mission was to get 3 quotes (as you do). The first two were male who came highly recommended. The third was Natasha who I canvassed myself after reading her profile particularly the impressive work she has done in nerve transfer surgery and spinal cord injury (my main concerns were nipple survival and scarring). I met with Natasha last and realised instantly that I needed a female perspective, understand and care. I appreciated Natasha’s cautious approach, and the care taken to answer the many questions I had that needed very detailed answers. I felt we were a team in the journey and was informed at all stages. I am extremely pleased with the results. I am in my fifties, 5ft2 and 48kgs. I wanted smallish implants and she listened without trying to upgrade me to 400cc like the male doctors who both stated “oh all women wish they’d gone bigger”.
The result? Are they perfect?

What I can tell you is that I look amazing, feel amazing, and the improvement cannot be measured in terms of perfection. It is measured in terms of how thrilled I am when I look at my perky breasts and no longer implode. I feel great, bras feel super comfortable and my wardrobe now includes all the items I’ve always shied away from buying in the past.
Natasha is a gifted surgeon (I can hardly see the scarring) and wonderful lady. Very professional and excellent bedside manner.
This procedure takes courage, take your time and go through a thorough selection process. I’m glad I did and chose accordingly. Natasha 10/10.

Thanks so much to RealSelf...it was a review from here that led me to Natasha. From my first consultation, I knew I was in good hands. Natasha was very approachable and answered all my questions. Thanks also to Gayle on the desk who was very reassuring as I was rather apprehensive. The entire experience has been nothing like I imagined. I am now a little over 2 weeks post-op. I can't say I experienced any real pain...discomfort in the first day or so would be it. On Dr. Van Zyl's advice, I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights. Thanks to all the lovely nurses who cared for me! I must say the hospital I stayed at seemed more like a resort. I could not find fault there if I tried. I have gone from an F cup to perhaps a D or C... already my shoulders and upper back feel so light. I'm also surprised at the small amount of scarring I have at this early stage. I feel so blessed to have been referred to Natasha almost a year ago after finding I had breast cancer and would require a mastectomy. On that first visit she gave me a couple of hours of her time to fully explain my options for reconstruction - to go through the pros and cons of DIEP flap reconstruction v implants, and to discuss the recovery time and potential longer term issues with both.
On the actual day of surgery she was amazing in keeping me grounded and calm before what was a long surgery as I'd decided on the DIEP reconstruction. And then post surgery Natasha was with me every step of the way as I went through all the emotions that come with losing your breasts, and dealing with the discomfort of drainage tubes, big scars, and no longer being the same woman you were beforehand.
She was only ever a text message away when I had some issues with my drainage tubes post hospital, and was incredibly supportive through what was a really tough time.
I honestly would recommend Natasha both for her skill and expertise, but also, most importantly, for the relaxed, approachable and supportive way she works with you - treating you like a woman first and foremost, and a patient second.
