I had liposuction, for fat grafting purpose, for over 2.5 years at back of thigh/abs & 7.5 months for front thigh. I wore compression garment as instructed, did mono polar RF treatment for between/front thigh already. Both lipo ended up with severe unevenness, unsightly cellulite, grey bruise between thighs, and wrinkles/loose skin. Please advise how I can fix this - Cellfina, Vaserlipo lipo with Jplasma/Bodytite/Lipofirm/Embrace rf/ morpheus8 ? Any feedback is appreciated!!

Answer: Liposuction You will probably need some fat grafting to help restore the lost volume. This may also help improve the excess skin and wrinkles. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon.

Answer: Thigh liposuction nightmare, discoloration, uneven legs, sagging, cellulite on leg liposuction unfortunately there is no "cure" for this. you can try and improve it with vascular laser combined with RF treatments, at home peels and skincare like vivatia foam, Restorsea 10x, and Skinceuticals phloretin + phytoplus. you will need volume added so Renuva + sculptra should be started. any of the looseness may need thigh lifting surgical but would leave a bigger noticeable scar. you just need to be seen to discuss all options.
