I had liposuction, for fat grafting purpose, for over 2.5 years at back of thigh/abs & 7.5 months for front thigh. I wore compression garment as instructed, did mono polar RF treatment for between/front thigh already. Both lipo ended up with severe unevenness, unsightly cellulite, grey bruise between thighs, and wrinkles/loose skin. Please advise how I can fix this - Cellfina, Vaserlipo lipo with Jplasma/Bodytite/Lipofirm/Embrace rf/ morpheus8 ? Any feedback is appreciated!!

Answer: Liposuction You will probably need some fat grafting to help restore the lost volume. This may also help improve the excess skin and wrinkles. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon.

Answer: VASER Lipo revision You are encouraged to consult a board certified plastic surgeon. Since there is not a lot of fat or excess skin it may be hard to correct this. The definitive correction for liposuction deformities requires the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I encounter suboptimal liposuction outcome referrals weekly. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently corrected liposuction caused deformities. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of severity of contour irregularities by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. Finally, when skin redundancy irregularities are observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
