unfortunately there is no "cure" for this. you can try and improve it with vascular laser combined with RF treatments, at home peels and skincare like vivatia foam, Restorsea 10x, and Skinceuticals phloretin + phytoplus. you will need volume added so Renuva + sculptra should be started. any of the looseness may need thigh lifting surgical but would leave a bigger noticeable scar. you just need to be seen to discuss all options. You will probably need some fat grafting to help restore the lost volume. This may also help improve the excess skin and wrinkles. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon.

Poorly done Liposuction especially aggressive Liposuction is difficult and after not possible to correct.

There is no one single treatment that fixes the problem.

The treatment options generally come down to revision liposuction, fat transfer or exercising skin and converting the procedure to a skin tightening operation like a full tummy tuck when indicated.

In regards to your skin discoloration you may want to consider talking to some dermatologist or possibly even getting a skin biopsy.

I’m guessing it’s hemosiderin deposits. Getting a good history would help. For example were you severely bruised in that area?

Dealing with the skin discoloration is a completely separate issue.

You need in person consultations, setting expectations on the low side and understand that only partial improvements can be had and only in the hands of very experienced talented plastic surgeons.

It’s hard enough taking a smooth even surfaces and leaving it even and smooth after liposuction.

Taking an uneven surface and making it even is many times more difficult.

I suggest having multiple consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons who have the most expensive experience with liposuction and fat transfer in your area.

Correcting these deformities often requires multiple treatments and needs treatment only gives partial improvements.

There is no single one fix for your problem.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of verifying plastic surgeons Liposuction skills before committing to having surgery.
