Ripples post Lipo. Are there any procedures that could help smoothen these out? (Photo)

I got lipo over 2 years ago. I noticed I had a little rippling in my stomach area and I also felt little masses under my skin. Last year I gained weight and went up a dress size. I lost the weight this spring but my ripples are more noticeable than ever. I still have the little masses under my skin as well. Are there any procedures that could help smoothen these out?
