Ripples post Lipo. Are there any procedures that could help smoothen these out? (Photo)

I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction. This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately.
The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.

Liposuction with the micro canulas and the added skin tightening of Bodytite RF under local would help alot to smooth out the irregularities nicely and quickly.

It’s very difficult to correct an even liposuction results and often revision surgery makes things worse especially if someone was treated aggressively or over treated the first time around.

Was your treatment done using an energy device such as VASER?

There are no simple treatments for what you described.

Be very careful with someone claiming to simply fix this with more Liposuction.

Treatment options for poor outcomes after liposuction generally include revision Liposuction, fat transfer or converting the procedure to a skin tightening operation like a full tummy tuck.

My best guess is he would not find any of those to deliver what you were hoping for.
