I received lipo on my abdomen in 2018 in Dom. Rep. & everything went well, the only prob. was that I didn’t know about the massages, I didn’t start receiving them until 10 days after lipo & I had already started getting hard areas. Now the problem is that I was left with a fat pocket & I’m not sure how to get rid of it. I recently started working out because I did end up gaining weight since the lipo but I’m wondering if the fat pocket will go away with the exercise or will I need lipo again?

Answer: Liposcution I would suggest first loosing the extra weight you gained to see if this fixes the problem. If residual fat remains, then consider localized liposuction.

Answer: Liposuction Revision Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for revision liposuction. The definitive correction for liposuction deformities requires the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I encounter suboptimal liposuction outcome referrals weekly. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently corrected liposuction caused deformities. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of severity of contour irregularities by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. Finally, when skin redundancy irregularities are observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
