Thank you for your question The radio frequency and laser procedures bot do the same thing: increase collagen and increase blood supply. Combining them would not add any benefit as the mechanisms are the same. What would best help atrophy is estrogen vaginal cream or systemic estrogen if you have other menopausal symptoms. Check with your gynecologist
Hello, laser and radiofrequency devices are energy-based applications. There are similar treatment indications. We generally do not use both together.
Hi! Both are great treatments for atrophic vagina on their own. You most likely do not need a combination of both at the same time. It is better to try one modality first and see what you get rather than to try both at the same time. Each modality requires around 3 sessions and it is best to stick with one modality at a time. Most likely you will get great results from one of the modalities but may still require pelvic health physical therapy, work with dilators, and perhaps some type of vaginal estrogen to get your vagina back to its previous function. You will want to do either of these treatments with a gynecologist who is familiar with the full range of treatment options for this disorder. I hope this helps.
Vaginal atrophy is a surface phenomenon. The skin of the vagina becomes thin because of declining levels of estrogen. It can be made thicker effectively by replacing estrogen alone. It can also be made thicker by heating up the tissues with energy based devices. Heat causes tissue remodeling primarily by stimulating collagen production and increasing blood flow. Heat can be delivered intensely by ablative lasers or less intensely by nonablative lasers or radiofrequency devices. The endpoint is the same. It would make no sense to use both devices. Sort of like cooking a steak on the grill and then tossing it into the microwave.
I have not heard of these being combined, but the laser is more powerful and should be effective enough that you do not need to do both.
We offer many nonsurgical options to address vaginal and labia concerns. A great trio of treatments is VTone, Morpheus8V, and FormaV. These three treatments combine to tighten the vaginal canal, increase firmness, decrease discomfort during vaginal intercourse, and improve appearance of the labia. See a provider near you or visit my website to learn more.
Yes, in my fracture we offer laser and RF combined with injections of PRP, stem cells to rejuvenate or stimulate collagen or thickness of tissues. BHRT also will help with this atrophy if you do not have history of breast or ovarian or uterine cancer!

Bipolar radiofrequency delivered through converging microneedles has proven to be effective in the treatment of vaginal atrophy. The results are not only demonstrated through clinical improvement but also objectively shown at biopsy. The device name is Morpheous V and is part of the Empower platform.
Hello, your feeling during sexual intercourse is very important after rectocele surgery. If you feel the tightness in the pre-baby period, it means that the operation has been successful. However, if there is a feeling of looseness after the operation, cystocele operation will also be required....
There are 3 ways to tighten the vulva - nonsurgical laser or RF, fat injections (aka puffing), and surgical nip/tuck (aka labia majoraplasty reduction). vFit doesn't do anything for this area. If you want an expert opinion on which options would be best for you, start with a virtual consult.
Hello, perinoplasty can be performed for excess tissues and color changes at the entrance of the vagina. However, if it is not done correctly, you may feel pain during sexual intercourse. A properly performed perinoplasty procedure will make you happy. I wish you healthy days
You need your problematic stitches removed. They aren't going to go away. Any gynecologist should be able to do this. A good one should be able to do it in the office.
