Breathing problems and nose dimples after primary septorhinoplasty - nasal valve issues? (Photo)

I'm am approx 2 years post septorhinoplasty, and the middle region of my nose seems to collapse inward, making it difficult to breathe. If I push these areas out and hold them there, I can breathe a lot better. My surgeon has stated that my septum has redeviated to my left and that he can straighten it, but he does not believe that I have breathing issues on both sides. To me, it feels like there is insufficient side support. Does this look like valve collapse (both sides) or other?

Preservation rhinoplasty is a newer approach to Rhinoplasty. In my opinion, its an incredible misnomer because its implies a minimally invasive technique and it really isn't. Most likely you can have a revision, but quite a lot more historical/ surgical detail is required and you definitely need...
Everyone's nose gets wider when smiling because of how the smile muscles attach to the nose. No amount of surgery will make this go away. I think your amount of "width" looks normal to me. Your nose looks good. Leave it alone.
