I had a rhinoplasty last year with preservation technique and closed approach. My nose was crooked and overprojected before the surgery. Unfortunately it is still crooked and overprojected. Both dorsum and tip of the left side of my nose is longer than the right side. A local doctor told me preservation technique change the anatomy of the nose and he dont have any experience with it so he cant do my revision. So isnt it possible for me to have open approach rhinoplasty with classical techniques?
