I had cartilage grafts to the tip. *my surgeon has told me it is swelling and will resolve over time however it appears that swelling should not last 5 years* One side looks very ‘swollen’ and is hard from the end of the bridge to the tip and to the nostril as shown. The tip on the right side is so large in that area that from a 45 degree angle on my right side it looks as if I have a bump. If it is cartilage, why is the other side is soft? Is there a minimally invasive solution?
