If I may ask what causes them because I went to the doctor and he gave me some medication but still they don't disappear.. They're itching

This looks like it is still healing and they removed a significant amount of skin.  I suggest proper wound care at this time with silicone based scar gels and growth factors.  Best, Dr. Emer.
