I had a mole removed a week ago in my upper back. I have been cleaning it how they told me but I don't like how it looks (Photo)

This looks like it is healing , it may have opened and will heal on its own over time.  Silicone based scar gels with growth factors would work best.  Dr. Emer.

This would have to be surgically removed to get full improvement, although lasers can be tried you will still be left with a spot in its place.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.
