Hi I went to a local surgeon in South Africa, I have a problem with big calves and ankles including my feet I've tried loosing weight nothing works the surgeon from my country south Africa told me he studied in the US and he holds 20years of experience and he would never advice liposuction for lower leg as its very dangerous the bodies drainage system sits there I could swell for the rest of my life if I do liposuction on my calves is this true?I need to do something to my calves

In my opinion you are definitely not a candidate for suction of the cheek area. Contour issues would be best help by fillers.On balance I really think you're being too self-critical. No treatment is certainly a legitimate choice.
