Can you transfer fat to your thighs to make them bigger along with a BBL? (photo)

Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Fat can also be transferred to thighs. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for including a photo, you would be a great candidate for a Brazilian butt lift , a BBL typically includes lipo 360 ( liposuctions of the abdomen , flanks ,and back) with a fat transfer to your hips and butt, this alone would bring your waist in creating an hourglass figure. In terms of transferring fat to your thigh area , it would be in your best interest to do an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and can see you in person to determine what is needed.I hope that helps! Thank you for your question.I think you would be a great candidate for BBL. Liposuction of the waist and upper body will help to give you a more hourglass appearance. The fat can be injected in the buttock and lateral hips, the thighs do not usually hold the fat as well.

Based on these photos, you would be a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, thighs, arms, etc and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. Liposuction of the flanks will narrow down the waist for an hourglass appearance and adding volume to buttocks in combination with liposuction of the lower back is intended at creating a natural curvy look. I don't see any imperfections in your thighs and I would avoid fat graft to thighs.I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best,

Yes, it is possible! Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL and fat transfer to your thighs, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Not a great idea IMO.  The soft tissues over the lateral thigh is space and does not lend itself to grafting the way buttocks or breasts do.  Otherwise you are a good candidate for a BBL.

adding volume to the thighs or surrounding areas should be done when appropriate. This can be the hip or outer thigh or even the back of the thigh.  It’s all about creating smoothie even S-curves. It varies greatly from patient to patient. The thigh has less supportive “host” tissue making fat survival a little more challenging but blending appropriately should at least be attempted when appropriate. There’s a great variance and approach to this. This is where looking at individual providers before and after results becomes more and more important.   Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
