It appears from your photographs that micro liposuction contouring, utilizing small cannulas, should greatly improve these areas of concern. Fat grafting should help with the area of dip in contour. The dog ears can also be fixed with scar revision. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a full evaluation. Good luck.
