Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. Based on these photos it looks that major problem is uneven liposuction. Very likely this can be corrected with liposuction only in twilight or local anesthesia. In person evaluation is needed for more detailed planing. Good luck.
