Thank you for your question and photos. You did not post any preop photos. In any case, you still have a fat arm with no shape and a long scar. I venture to say, that you were not the ideal candidate for an arm lift. I personally, would've done liposuction first to remove fat and shape the arms based on your muscle anatomy and do an arm lift 6 months later. Unfortunately, you can't go back. Going forward, you need to be evaluated in person and most likely you will get some improvement from liposuction. I would suggest you have both arms done for better symmetry. It is possible, that after the liposuction, you will have loose skin, which will necessitate  another arm lift. BTW, I would liposuction your forearms too. Good luck.

newyorka73Sorry you are having these problems after brachioplasty. It appears from your photographs that micro liposuction contouring, utilizing small cannulas, should greatly improve these areas of concern. Fat grafting should help with the area of dip in contour. The dog ears can also be fixed with scar revision. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a full evaluation. Good luck. 

Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. Based on these photos it looks that major problem is uneven liposuction. Very likely this can be corrected with liposuction only in twilight or local anesthesia. In person evaluation is needed for more detailed planing. Good luck.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for an arm lift revision, and I think you'll get very good results. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

there probably are some explanations of why your outcome looks the way it does. For example surgeons who make an effort to keep the scars short will do so at the compromise of contour leaving dog years. When we lengthen the scars to avoid dog ears were criticized for leaving long scars. For sure you can get some improvements of that. You’ll find a lot of variance in fees taken care of others Undesirable outcomes.My personal experience is that people who previously had surgery and are not happy with the results and up taking 500% more time and usually 90% of the people don’t book surgery. Because of that I no longer on for free consultations to these people.I know none of us get perfect results or have over our careers so we all have other plastic surgeons that have helped our own patients with revision work. That’s true for 100% of all plastic surgeons.I also recognize that people who have had bad outcomes from cosmetic surgery have been traumatized are often not in a financial good place and have a significant lack of faith in plastic surgeons and or the medical community.
