4 months after rhinoplasty and I do not like my nose. Is there hope for improvement? (photos)

I recommend following up with your surgeon. You have to give yourself some more healing time.  Your nose and surrounding areas are going to be swollen for a while and you should be consulting the surgeon that performed the procedure. However, give yourself some time before going back in so some of it can subside. It can take up to a year for final results.

Thank you for your question. It is still early in your recovery from your rhinoplasty, so you most likely still have quite a bit of swelling. It also takes up to a year for all of the swelling to subside, and for your nose to settle into its new position. If you are concerned, follow up with your surgeon. However, my best advice is to wait for at least nine months to a year to see how your nose continues to heal. If you are still unhappy, you may consider a revision rhinoplasty at that time, but in the meantime, be patient and let your body heal. Good luck!

It takes at least one year to get 'near final' result from rhinoplasty.  Be patient. Stay in touch with your surgeon for follow up.

Waiting a full 6 months - 1 year will allow you to see the final results with no edema. If you are still unhappy, after that time has passed, discusses your concerns with the surgeon who did the procedure and he or she will be able to tell you what options there are for improvement. 

Hi,The best thing to do would be to consult with your surgeon, the expected healing time is 6-12 months, I would advise to wait a little longer to decide if you like it or not.
