Hi, I’ve been lately facing some increased skin sagging on my face, especially on the lower part, as well as on my under eyes. Would you recommend Thermage, Ultherapy or any other treatment? I’m 31 years old and afraid of starting “too early”? Please help
Answer: A combination of Ultherapy and Morpheus8 can help tighten the skin and provide a small life for a more youthful look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Temporal cheek lift This procedure uses an incision inside your temporal hairline, so no visible scar and lifts your cheek to efface your nasolabial fold and marionette lines. It can be done under local anesthesia in the office and involves a quick recovery. None of the other therapies would be as effective.

Answer: Collagen Stimulating Treatment Hello and thank you for your question. There is only one photo to review which does make the assessment more challenging. You may benefit from injectable filler to the lower eyelid/cheek as it does appear as though you have developed a malar groove. You could also consider laser treatments to this area. A detailed assessment by a board certified facial plastic surgeon may be of great benefit to you.

Answer: Consider Robust HA Volumizing, Lifting & Contouring Fillers For A Prejuvenation NonsurgicalFacelift First off, you would be wise to exercise a great deal of "buyer beware" caution if offered treatments with expensive, light or energy-based treatments as the hard science to support the use of these gizmos lags well behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz that typically surrounds and promotes their use. Secondly, we have known for years now that early intervention, I.e. "prejuvenation", using Botox, fillers and peels, for example, coupled with the at-home use of Rx topicals, can delay or obviate the need going forward for undergoing expensive, aggressive, and invasive surgical rejuvenation procedures, like facelifts and necklifts. On a personal note, I started my daughters-in-law with Botox and filler treatments in their very early twenties. And now well into their mid-forties, they still do not require any surgical rejuvenation procedures. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector expert who can select the appropriate fillers to address your areas of concern. Hope this helps and best of luck.
