Answer: Effective Strategies for Managing Loose Lower Stomach Skin To address loose lower stomach skin, especially when previous treatments like Morpheus (a microneedling and radiofrequency treatment) have provided minimal results, consider the following options: Strength Training and Core Exercises: While you already go to the gym, focusing specifically on core-strengthening exercises can help improve muscle tone in the abdominal area, which might help the appearance of the skin. Non-Surgical Skin Tightening Treatments: There are several non-invasive treatments that can help tighten loose skin by stimulating collagen production. These include: Radiofrequency (RF) Treatments: These use heat to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Ultrasound Therapy: Treatments like Ultherapy use focused ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin. Laser Treatments: Certain lasers can help improve skin elasticity and texture. Topical Treatments: While their effects are generally more subtle, certain topical treatments containing retinoids or peptides can help improve skin firmness over time. Hydration and Nutrition: Ensuring adequate hydration and a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals that support skin health can also be beneficial. Consultation with a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon: If non-surgical options are not effective, consulting with a specialist can provide insights into whether surgical options, such as a mini tummy tuck, might be appropriate for your situation. It's important to have realistic expectations and to discuss these options with a qualified professional who can tailor advice to your specific needs and skin condition.

Answer: Morpheus8 is a great option to tighten any loose skin for a more defined look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Morpheus8 Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. If you’re dealing with loose skin on your stomach and have previously tried Morpheus treatment with minimal results, it may be worth considering Morpheus8 again, especially since it’s specifically designed to tighten skin and improve texture. Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy, targeting deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production and promote skin tightening. Morpheus8 uses a device that delivers fractional radiofrequency energy through microneedles. This combination allows for precise treatment of areas like the abdomen, effectively addressing loose skin. The heat generated by the radiofrequency energy penetrates the dermis, stimulating collagen and elastin production. As these proteins increase, they help to tighten the skin and improve its overall appearance. One of the advantages of Morpheus8 is that it not only targets superficial skin concerns but also works on deeper layers, making it effective for tightening loose skin. The treatment can result in gradual improvements over time, as collagen remodeling occurs, often visible in the weeks and months following the procedure. Additionally, it typically requires minimal downtime, allowing you to return to your regular activities relatively quickly. I hope this helps and best of luck!
