To create balance of facial features there are many helpful tools.  Botox and fillers can improve asymmetry, add volume, and soften lines and wrinkles.  If you are intending to have a rhinoplasty it's a good idea to heal from that first as you want the balance incorporating your surgical results.

Rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so do your due diligence and find a rhinoplasty specialist who can accomplish your goals. You would need to post a full set of facial photographs, make at least three consultations, and study your prospective surgeon's rhinoplasty photo gallery, which should be extensive with natural results that you like. Digital computer imaging would also be helpful rather than using filters. At your age, you do not need any lasers or chemical peels to obtain digitally filtered results
