To create balance of facial features there are many helpful tools. Botox and fillers can improve asymmetry, add volume, and soften lines and wrinkles. If you are intending to have a rhinoplasty it's a good idea to heal from that first as you want the balance incorporating your surgical results.

You would need to post a full set of facial photographs, make at least three consultations, and study your prospective surgeon's rhinoplasty photo gallery, which should be extensive with natural results that you like.
