Will my nose benefit from a lateral osteotomy in revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I’ve previously had a rhinoplasty in 2021. The nose is functional (never had any functional issues before either) but aesthetically dissatisfying. It seems to heighten my nose bridge, rib graft was placed on top of the bridge but this caused my bridge to look extremely narrow compared to the rest of the nose bringing emphasis to my dorsal base and nose tip while these have also been made smaller. Would my nose benefit from a lateral osteotomy to widen the dorsal bridge to rather match my dorsal base and nosetip to bring harmony and balance back to the nose? Or would additional rib graft or spreader grafts be sufficient? I would also be open to making the tip and dorsal base smaller but only to what is realistically possible so I’d rather have a wider dorsal bridge that fits my face and nose. It seems no lateral osteotomy has been done before in my previous rhinoplasty as I can clearly feel the bone and after my rhinoplasty I had no bruising and very little swelling. I also couldn’t really find much information on how big the risk is with the lateral osteotomy and should it be combined with spreader grafts? The dorsal lines are currently also creating very harsh shadows.
