If the reason it stopped working was because your body became allergic to the neurotoxin and simply destroys it as it is injected, it is probably not work now for the same reason. Since you were trying to elevate a saggy eyebrow, it is also very possible that the reason the neurotoxin stopped working is that removal of the brow depressors isn't enough to allow the frontalis muscle's normal tension to elevate the brow.
