Pocket enlarging breast implants revision - how can I make the right side match the left? (Photos)

I had a dual-plane breast augmentation in Norway 4 years ago with Motiva Ergonomix Demi 475 cc implants. I was originally an A/B cup, 163 cm tall and 55 kg. I still wear a supportive bra every day. My left breast has always been slightly larger naturally, but nothing unusual. After augmentation, I noticed some asymmetry: my right breast doesn’t “drop” as much as my left. They are the same size now, but the right breast sits a bit higher and has more upper pole fullness, as if the pocket is tighter, while the left implant has settled more. My left breast actually looks perfect to me — it’s my favorite side. I am very happy with my results overall, but I would like to know what options there are to make the right side match the left. Would enlarging the pocket on the right side be a solution? If so, what are the risks (for example, capsular contracture or other scar tissue issues)? And does this procedure typically require general anesthesia, or can it be done under lighter sedation? P.S. The photos may not fully show the difference I described, but in real life my right breast clearly sits a bit higher while the left has settled lower. Thank you so much for your advice, Kind regards, Karoline
