Hello! I had upper eyelid surgery and fat injections under the eyes about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately the result was not good. It was visible directly after the surgery that the incisions were not at the same level and above them were extra creases that could not be lifted up. Under the eyes much more fat disappeared on on side than the other. I would be very grateful if you could give me som clarity on what went wrong and suggest how to correct it if possible.

Would avoid filler or adding volume to the upper eyelids, as it looks as though there is still a good amount of residual upper eyelid skin. Would consider laser resurfacing to approach in a non invasive way and tighten and lift the skin. Please see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best...
No, you do not have malar bags and are too young for them. You could get nice improvement with micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret, which will tighten your skin and improve your collagen.
To address extra skin and hooding of the upper eyelid, an upper bleph alone or combined with a browlift with help rejuvenate the eye region.
While a lower blepharoplasty removes excess fat for baggy eyelids with/without excising excess skin.
