I'm a 19 yo male and think that the eyes are ruining my facial harmony, they are vertically asimmetrical and canthal tilts differ besides both being negative What do you recommend for my case?

You have deep set eyes and not too much skin in the upper eyes. You don't need browlift of upper eyes blepharoplasty. If you still want to then a limited left only blepharoplasty and a conservative browlift will work. Regards Dr. Janjua
