Eyelid revision - how can I improve the hollow, punched out look? (Photos)

I had an upper bleph in 2022. Loved it until this last year. I am getting the hollow “punched out”l . I do not want to go back to my original doctor. Without having a revision(I can’t afford it right now) is there anything I can do to minimize this look? I have heard very skilled providers can use filler. Is that even an option to get me by for a few years until I can get a revison( if that can even be done) . I live in southern CA. Thank you so much. It’s the punched out look I hate

Would avoid filler or adding volume to the upper eyelids, as it looks as though there is still a good amount of residual upper eyelid skin. Would consider laser resurfacing to approach in a non invasive way and tighten and lift the skin. Please see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results.

I would emphasize that you would benefit from a detailed assessment and don’t just show up in someone’s office for fillers because you are likely to get that service whether or not it is right for you. You do have a deep upper eyelid sulcus. You also have a significant compensatory eyebrow elevation, and appear to have upper eyelid ptosis. If you a nonsurgical candidate, a low G prime hyaluronic acid filler is used above the crease to add volume. This will not fix ptosis however. Also if you are using prostaglandin based lash growth serum, you should stop this immediately because it contributes to volume loss in the eyelids and causes its own “punched out” issues.
