Not happy with my breast lift results - can a small amount of skin be taken to tighten the breast? (Photos)

Hi I had a breast lift procedure 6 months ago. I am not happy with the results as I wanted my breasts to be perkier and I feel they look sagged from the front and I don’t like how they sit in certain clothes I asked my surgeon I wantedfullness at the top. He said he could achieve this with a central mound technique. I feel this hasn’t been achieved. After spending 14 grand I am very upset Is there a way to take a small amount of skin to tighten the Breast and can this be done by a local procedure as I don’t want to have another major surgery and don’t have the finances to pay a large amount

Breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.
Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.
While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.
If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

No, removing a small amount of skin will not elevate your breasts. Naturally, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved. I would suggest revising the lift and actually doing a reduction so your breasts will be less likely to sag this much again.  Upper breast fullness will require an implant placed behind the muscle.

I would recommend  a small reduction with a breast lift revision using an internal mesh bra.
