Social vape 3 weeks prior to procedure - will I still be okay to have my Rhinoplasty?

I quit regular vaping 6 months ago and hadn’t consumed any nicotine for 8 weeks. Until today - I vaped around 10 puffs and also consumed a bit of secondhand smoke. I have rhinoplasty using rib graft scheduled for 3 weeks from now. If I stop all nicotine consumption starting today, is that okay?
