I am looking at getting Smart Lipo and would like to know if the fat cells that are taken out can come back?

Once fat cells are removed from a patient during smart liposuction, they will not return in that specific area.  What patients have to keep in mind is that there are still remaining fat cells in the surrounding area, and if the patient gains weight those remaining fat cells will become noticeably larger.  The bottom line is that the fat cells that are removed are gone for ever, but if proper diet and exercise is not maintained, the ones that are left can get bigger. 

when fat cells are removed, with any type of liposuction,  they are removed for ever, however you will still have fat cells remaining in those areas and if you start gaining weight, those remaining cells will get bigger and the fat may become more apparent.
