I was told to stay in heavy compression 2 weeks after my smartlipo procedure on my abs and flanks, and then 2 more weeks in something like Spanx or UnderArmour. I'm 1 month post-op and just curious if I should stay in the compression or am I now free to go without. I was thinking of maybe wearing it during the day and then not sleep in it...any suggestions?
