I had a primary rhinoplasty 1 year ago to narrow my relatively wide nose. The surgeon also flattened my columella and removed my infratip. I never requested this change and now I feel like my nose looks chopped off at the bottom like a pig. Is it generally difficult to restore this characteristic of the nose? Does it always have to be removed during a rhinoplasty?
