I have gotten masseter Botox for around 2 years now. I just turned 18 keep in mind. I have always been insecure abt my face shape. My lower cheeks protrude when I smile and weigh my face down. I want a heart shape face. I have already had braces for 6 years. When I pinch it, it's like fat. No matter how skinny I get it stays the same. I don't think it's in the buccal fat area. What can I do to fix this? I have thought a chin implant / filler?
