I was curious if there are any risks to getting a chin implant after having mandibular advancement surgery? For context, I had mandibular advancement surgery around 10 years ago and I’m looking to get a chin implant but concerned about the stress on my jaw and chin. I’m also slightly concerned about bone erosion with the implant. Does this happen with all chin implants?
