Is a sliding genioplasty or implant (silicone or medpor) the right chin procedure for me? (photos)

Good day, I want to increase chin (distance between chin and upper lip abbout 20mm I think). Reading into the different procedures and would greatly appreciate a personalized recommendation for sliding genioplasty vs a silicone or medpor implant. I would like significant anterior protrusion of the bottom chin, but would prefer a less invasive procedure such as the implant compared to a sliding genioplasty if similar results are attainable. Thanks!
