it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Base don the photographs you seem to have facial asymmetry, which is very common. You could consider using a temporary facial fillers which are done by an experience provider. This should at least temporarily correct the asymmetry, and if it gives you the look that you desire, you can consider having a more permanent solution, like performing having a chin implant which would compensate for the asymmetry.
