Do I have a weak chin/underdeveloped jaw? What would you recommend to improve profile? (photo)

I have generally large lips. I'm curious how they affect my appearance and whether or not my chin is weak, or just my big lips making it appear that way? (When I bite my bottom lip inside my mouth, my chin no longer looks weak.) Additionally, what other recommendations do you have for my profile?

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to assess simply from a picture whether or not chin augmentation would benefit you. There are both surgical (such as mandibular implants) and non-surgical (such as injectables) options available, and choosing which one is right for you depends on your facial structure and desired result. To determine whether chin augmentation may look good to you, you need to have computer imaging done of various amounts of different chin projection increases. Biting down on the lower lip actually makes one protrude the lower jaw a bit so some degree of chin augmentation has been proven to be the corrective approach.
