Slanted nose silicone implant, when can you safely fix it? (Photo)

I had asian rhinoplasty (septo+turbinate) using ear cartilage for the tip and silicone implant to augment the bridge I-shape 2months ago. Since cast off i noticed a slight deviation of the implant around the radix. Now its almost 3months, the swelling has subsided a lot around the bridge and the deviation is very obvious! My Dr says we can fix the implant position at 4months as it's an easy procedure, without touching other essential parts of the nose. Is this safe? Also what do u think w my tip?
