Yes, your nose does overproject. You need it taken down. I do not believe a chin augmentation is necessary.

You have a wonderful chin, which hides a strongly-projecting nose. Also, when the nose is not long -- when the tip points up a bit, like yours -- that also can hide the projection: a shorter nose can have stronger projection and still not look so prominent, so we think it's not so strong in its projection. I hope I'm describing this well enough. Having said all that, you do indeed still have a strongly-projecting nose. If you have something done, it would be to decrease the projection, *and* elevate the tip a little bit more, as you did in your second photo, with the photoshop. When a nose is deprojected, it tends to *look* longer, as if the tip had dropped, and you don't want that. Don't, however, do anything with your chin or lips. They look fantastic. Strengthening your chin to make the nose look less projected would make your chin look ridiculous. My two cents.
