Is there any specific ointment that can be applied to the donor area after FUE to prevent or minimize the appearance of scars?

I underwent an FUE transplant 6 days ago. Everything appears to be healing well and I am taking good care of both the donor and recipient areas, however I want to take preventative measures to ensure that the scarring is minimal. Could Polysporin be an option?

It is not possible to change the direction of transplanted hair.  If you take out the transplanted hairs, you risk scarring and lost hair follicles.  Even worse, you probably would have to wait before you have another surgery.  It would be best to see a doctor for an examination to understand yo...

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  In general, there are no special products you need to use after surgery.

It would be best to ask for your surgical report.  9000 hairs seem very high for one surgery.  Photos cannot determine this number.

Stress can definitely be related to hair loss but it should not have a significant impact on your surgery.  Wearing a hat is not an issue.
