Is it possible to repair the angle of the right side of this hair transplant through FUE? If yes, how soon? (Photos)

It is not possible to change the direction of transplanted hair.  If you take out the transplanted hairs, you risk scarring and lost hair follicles.  Even worse, you probably would have to wait before you have another surgery.  It would be best to see a doctor for an examination to understand your options.  The Internet solution may leave you with generalization and likely further confusion/ frustration.

I would agree that the right side of the hairline seems to be angled to the right and posteriorly (back).  Normally when grafting right hairlines the angle should to the right and anteriorly (front).  Fixing this is not going to be easy.  The only way I know of is to have the grafts punched out and re-inserted at the proper angle.  To do this you would need to go to a physician who is proficient at FUE to perform the extractions.

The FUE technique doesn't have anything to do with the hair angle, hair direction and hair tilt after hair transplantation. The main issue could be related to the recipient sites creation about the 3 important and critical points that I just mentioned. It sounds that you have few months after the hair transplant, so I will wait more months to continue the wound healing process then a new evaluation will be important to decide a corrective surgery. Sometimes 1-2 surgeries will be necessary to correct the problem. We did a study at our Orlando Live Surgery Workshop 14-15 years ago that showed some degree changes (angle, direction and tilt) of the transplanted hair overtime. Good luck.

How long ago was your hair transplant?  Please re-post your question with a time frame. This will assist in giving you a proper answer.

There is no magic to direction of the hair. All of the hair between the part shold grow forard at 90 degrees to the ground. Changing it would be difficult.
