Answer: Can a skinny person get a BBL? It all depends on how much fat you have, the quality of your skin, and what your expectations are. Posting pictures will help, but I recommend you see a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in fat grafting to the buttocks to help give you information about your options. Some thin patients do very well with BBL surgery - it all depends on your specific body.
