How long after a septoplasty can I get a lipoma removed on the nose?

Hello. I've had a septoplasty over 4 weeks ago. I noticed a small bump underneath the skin which is soft to the touch. I suspect it could be a small lipoma or something similar. I was wondering how long should I wait after the surgery before getting it removed?
