My derrmatoligist is still testing them all before I can make an appointment to remove and it seems like each Plastic Surgeon has a different method that they will push as the best. I have hundreds perhaps even more of tiny lipomas. I have them practically in bunches in areas for most part [abdomen, groin, upper thighs, lower arms ] and nowhere else. Besides ones on abs they are in between the diameter of like 1 to 3 times the size of grain of rice. Excision seems excessive - opinions?

Answer: Best option is to remove them excisionally
Lipomas are benign fatty tumors that occur under the skin and less commonly within the muscle. They are associated with mild discomfort and a lump underneath the skin. It is always best to talk to an expert plastic surgeon to determine whether the lipoma is possibly a cyst or a tumor or hernia....

You may have early lipedema and cellulite but liposuction can make this worse if not combined with internal heating like renuvion. also, long term this area really needs RF treatments like legacy and forma and trsculpt flex regularly. Best, Dr. Emer.
