Hello, I have a lipoma on my labia majora. Had it removed by a dermatologist but it returned 1 week after removal. It doesn't bother me most of the time however there are times it swells/flares up and is sore. My gyno is against another surgery. He says it will reoccur and could spread/worsen? An oil gland issue?? My pathology report states Right labia majora SQ nodule: MATURE ADIPOSE TISSUE CONSISTENT WITH LIPOMA. CLINICAL DATA: Epidermoid cyst vs hidradenoma.
