Ptosis and eyes asymmetry - can a revision improve asymmetry? (Photos)
I have congenital ptosis on my right eyes. I travelled to korea and underwent ptosis surgery, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty surgery at a renowned plastic surgery hospital. It is 8 months post surgery now. The scar is actually healing quite well, except that i am disappointed that my right eyes still look rather droopy. There is still significant asymmetry with both my eyes. Right eye level is higher than my level eye, which it got more worst as i aged, probably due to lost of volume around my eyes. And i am not sure if the creases of my double eyelids look natural or is it too high? Can my asymmetry eyes be improved with further surgery? Particularly my right eye level is higher than the left. Will revision eyelid surgery recommended? Im also concern my right eye still looks very puffy 8 months post surgery. It is not easy to go back korea to do revisional surgery, so is it better to do any revisional in my home country?
