Do you think I am a good candidate for upper eyelid surgery? (Photos)

Also curious if you might have any other procedures to improve my apprerance. Not sure if some cheek filler or other skin tightening treatments could make sense. I am on very low dose accutane currently so I know that rules out some laser procedures.

You would benefit from a facelift and brow lift. The brow lift will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline and pull up the eyebrows. The facelift will pull up your neck at the same time. I recommend doing these 2 first and then consider a blepharoplasty, if necessary...
