Question

I’m not sure if it’s more facial/bone structure or a deformed eyelid. I actually prefer the shape of my left eye as it appears more balanced with the rest of my facial structure. My left eye has a more elongated oval-shaped appearance, my right eye appears larger and more rounded with a downturned appearance towards the sclera and the eyelid line doesn’t continue towards the cornea unlike my left. Can anything be done to fix this?

Thank you for sharing the photo, which is very informative. You have some hooding of the lateral canthus as well as lateral brow on both sides, but more significantly on the right. These features are not uncommon and often result in a tired, uninterested look in many patients, which leads them to seek treatment. Yes, you can definitely have treatment for this, which is relatively simple, with the surgery able to be performed under local anaesthesia.
