Fat reabsorbed on one side after lower bleph - what other options do I have? (Photo)

Glorious580513
I had lower bleph in October 2024 with fat transfer. It did improve the look a bit as the fat bags are gone but the fat transfer didnt take so overall it was not really a noticeable change. None of my close friends or family even noticed. I had a second transfer done 2 weeks ago and one side looks fantastic but the other side already look exactly as it did before the second treatment (which again is basically the same as it was before any treatment at all). Is there any hope for this becoming an even result, and preferably where both eyes end up looking like my left eye! Or is my best hope for complete failure on both sides again? Finally, could I get filler on the hollow side and how soon, as at the moment Iook completely bizarre!
