Can Subcision without Fillers improve my scars? (photos)

Our office has many different treatments for scars depending on the depth of atrophy or hypertrophy. Scars require a combination approach using our HI DEF protocol which uses a combination of lasers, topical scar modulation, and RF treatments to pixelate scars, improve contour, reduce hyperpigmentation, and improve the visibility of the scars so that they are no longer visible in ambient light. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. In my opinion, subcision alone works well for certain types of scars. It appears that you have saucer-shaped scars of intermediate and moderate depth.. These scars should respond. I do think that if you add infini to the program it will give you a better result. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I think the best results will be both. Subcision does help acne scars and has been used for years. Doing both will just make it better. 

If you are after a very quick fix, subcision combined with filler in the one session can improve things by up to 30-50% in one session, give the depressed and atrophic scars. If you want to do things 'correctly' or have long term expectations in mind, I would go for INFINI 1-3 sessions on the depressed and rolling scars to see how they respond.
