about 50% of my acne scars appear only in tangential lightning, so i was wondering what doctors treat acne scar patients under tangential lighting so i can get a more gratifying result? I will really appreciate a response

In my opinion, any evaluation of facial acne scars should be done under tangential light. For subcision, we evaluate under tangential light and mark the areas that are depressed. In addition we start aspirin one week prior to the treatment. This affords a better deposition of fibrin and products under the scar. Furthermore, we use a suction device postoperatively to improve correction. Find an acne scar expert.  Look at photos. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Yes of course I do this every time I do the Acne Scar Vitalizer Treatment. This is the best way to see it. You want to do this to treat each and every scar. The face needs to be closely scanned to catch each one which is part of our 5-7 step process done in about 2 hours.
