How can I remove the scar in my upper eyelid? Can any surgery or laser treatment help? (Photos)

I got a stye several times in my upper right eyelid 10 yrs ago, it causes a scar in my upper eyelid (Please see pics). Now it looks like i always have a stye and its bothering me. three doctors already perform operation to scrape the back of my eyelid if they can remove any residue cause by the stye but there was no improvement in the appearance of the scar. Can any surgery or laser treatment that can help remove this small bump scar in my upper eyelid?

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. If you have late plastic surgery scars, you may also require laser and RF therapy to help reduce the longterm effects of the scarring. Keloids, hypertrophic scars, widened scars, red scars, and hyperpigmented scars all require scar modulation with topical creams followed by lasers and RF therapy. Topical skincare should be directed to a specific need, whether for pigmentation or hypertrophy and our office can guide you through the process to obtain the correct Plato’s Scar cream or Melarase cream for hypertrophy and discoloration. In terms of lasers, we would employ the vbeam laser for redness, Venus Viva RF, PRP microneedling, chemical peels, and Morpheus 8, fractional erbium, or fractional co2. All of these have their individual benefits. Most of all, we recommend you visit a solid plastic surgeon who understands surgical scar revision, laser therapy, and RF therapy for scars.

I would advise you to see a surgeon about surgical removal of the 'scar'. They will be able to assess your condition much better in person.
I don't think laser would help if you've had previous operations in the past already.

It is tough to tell from these pictures exactly what is going on here.  If it is just a scar, some steroid injections may help to soften the scar and make it less noticeable.  Laser will not help.  If it doesn't go away with injections, it can be removed surgically.  See an oculoplastic surgeon to have this done.

A stye, or a chalazion, is a blockage of the meibomian glands within the eyelid. This may be addressed internally as you have experienced or externally through a small horizontal scar.   In the pictures you have submitted, a small horizontal elliptical excision may help with the scar.  It is difficult to assess without seeing you in person. I would suggest you see an oculoplastic surgeon in your area.
