I did a blepharoplasty in December 2011. I already had a natural fold in my eyelid. I have very thick eyelid skin and the fold was put too high. I now have "sausage eyelids" which look unnatural. In December 2012 I had a conjuctivo mullerectomy to correct a ptosis (with a different doctor). I wish I just had the ptosis surgery. Now I have these awful fake-looking upper eyelids.

If multiple landings have note resolved it, sometimes a complete excision (removal) of the chalazion is needed, and you can consult a plastic surgeon or ophthalmologist who has the experience with this procedure.
A blepharoplasty would not correct your problem. It appears that
you have right eye ptosis. Ptosis may be
